Your contributions will help colleagues stay connected and productive every day. \n As a key player in our IT team, you’ll tackle complex technical issues, support users both onsite and remotely, and serve as an escalation point for our wider support team. Collaborating closely with your IT colleagues, you’ll enhance services, implement new technologies, and contribute to projects that elevate the user experience. \n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on support role and is eager to expand their technical expertise while working alongside seasoned professionals in infrastructure, applications, and service desk operations. Your Responsibilities\n\n • Resolve 2nd line IT incidents, service requests, and technical issues.\n, • Act as an escalation point for Service Desk Engineers and support sites across the organization.\n, • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.\n, • Support server, network, cloud, telephony, and cybersecurity environments.\n, • Configure and deploy laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware.\n, • Manage devices through Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.\n, • Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and contribute to service improvements.\n, • Assist with IT projects, technology rollouts, and maintenance of technical documentation.\nWhat You Bring\n\n, • Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Engineer role.\n, • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.\n, • Experience supporting cloud technologies, hardware, software, and user devices.\n, • Understanding of networking technologies including Cisco Meraki, LAN/WAN, and web filtering.\n, • Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf device management.\n, • Knowledge of IT security, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance requirements.\n, • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n, • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.\nAbout Blenheim Schools\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools dedicated to enabling outstanding futures for every pupil.
