Every piece of creative work helps people affected by dementia feel seen, supported and understood. As a Junior Designer, youll play a part in making that happen. Working within our Creative team, youll help turn ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted design across digital and print. From campaign visuals to everyday assets, your work will help bring our brand to life in a way that is consistent, accessible and meaningful. Youll collaborate with designers, content specialists and digital colleagues, learning as you go and building your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your work has real impact. What youll do In this role, youll spend your time bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, well-crafted design. Youll work across a mix of digital and print, creating and adapting assets that help communicate important messages and support impactful campaigns. Youll take creative concepts and shape them into clear, engaging visuals that feel consistent, on brand and accessible to a wide range of audiences. Whether youre refining layouts, resizing assets or preparing files for delivery, youll care about getting the details right. Working closely with colleagues across creative, content and digital teams, youll help make sure design supports the bigger picture. Youll be part of conversations, contribute ideas and collaborate to deliver work that lands well and makes a difference. Alongside this, youll manage your own workload, keeping projects moving and maintaining quality even when things are busy. At a glance, you will: • Create and adapt design across digital and print, from social content to campaign materials, • Prepare and deliver artwork that meets brand, accessibility and quality standards, • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure creative supports wider campaigns and activity, • A strong eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, • Good project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, • Confidence managing more than one task at a time, and knowing how to refocus when priorities shift, • A proactive, self-starting approach, taking ownership of your work while knowing when to ask for support, • The ability to build positive working relationships with a range of people
