We are seeking a diligent Lettings Credit Controller to join our Property Management and Accounts teams. This is a full-time, temporary (Maternity Cover) role offering a realistic OTE of up to £28,500 per annum. Let's talk about the Accounts Assistant role. It involves: Proactively monitor and manage outstanding payments from tenants and landlords, ensuring timely collections. Initiate and oversee recovery processes, collaborating with external agencies when necessary. Accurately input and maintain invoices within our financial systems. Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generate comprehensive reports on arrears and credit control performance for senior management review. Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve payment issues. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
