Position Support the delivery teams to ensure the team achieve contractual KPI's Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and associated documents onto the clients CAFM and local folders Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and competent manner, according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the Contract(s) Provide a Client Focus to communicate all queries, updates and expectations around KPI's and contractual agreements Liaise with Supervisors on outstanding work Promote personal and wider Health Safety on site and amongst the team Requirements Previous experience in an office environment and communicating over the phone IT literate with experience on Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word Positive approach, resilient, determined and goal oriented. Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-House Legal Counsel to join the PHL Group legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor or legal executive (13 years PQE) looking to grow their in-house experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Youll provide comprehensive legal support across the Group, focusing on commercial contracts and property-related matters , working closely with the Head of Legal and Chief Financial Officer to ensure our contractual and governance processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Contract Review and Management Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Support the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and clause libraries. Conduct legal due diligence for contract renewals, novations, and amendments. Maintain accurate records of contractual commitments, renewals, and termination dates. Property and Lease Oversight Review and manage property leases, licences to assign, and lease renewals. Maintain a central schedule of lease obligations, rent reviews, and renewal timelines. Liaise with landlords, property agents, and external solicitors on property matters. Governance and Compliance Ensure all contracts and property agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Advise internal teams on contractual risks, obligations, and compliance requirements. Assist in developing internal governance policies and contract management procedures. Legal Support and Collaboration Partner with finance, estates, and operations teams to ensure legal considerations support wider business goals.
