Helping clients evaluate the impact of these trends on any economy, industry, organisation, or job and suggests viable transition pathways for impacted employees into 'future proof' career pathways Responsibilities • New Business Sales Role, • Develop an in-depth understanding of the HR-Tech platform and products; and evangelize them across the market, • Execute on sales life cycle for opportunities, • Prospect for and cultivate leads through to execution, • Exemplify the values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market, • Mentor, coach and support other AE’s and BDR’s in pursuit of the overall success of the company Requirements • 5+ years in a quota carrying role, with the demonstrable success of hitting targets by selling complex SaaS(HR Tech or Workforce Management) to C-suite executives in Enterprise, • A passion and knowledge for Future of Work, Data Analytics, AI, and disruptive technology., • A growth mindset. A passion and flair for seeking out and closing new business opportunities., • Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems. Package - Base of up to £100k, £200k OTE uncapped Location - Access to London.
