Set performance KPIs across CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value. Brand, Content & Creative Strategy Own the Trade Mastermind brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong market positioning across all channels. Lead a content strategy that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Oversee production of high-quality video, ad creatives, long-form content, landing pages, emails, and sales assets. Shape the brand voice, identity, and messaging across the UK and international markets. Marketing Automation, CRM & Backend Operations Own marketing automation strategy across all journeys, funnels, and customer segments. Lead CRM optimisation (Ontraport), ensuring seamless integration with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success. Enhance backend operational efficiency through tagging, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle journeys, and automations. Implement scalable backend processes that keep marketing running like a well-engineered machine. Data, Analytics & Growth Intelligence Build the full analytics ecosystem for marketing, owning dashboards, reporting suites, and leadership insights. Use data to drive decision-making, forecast performance, and refine strategy. Implement continuous improvement frameworks so every campaign, funnel, and channel evolves with the business.
