No experience needed – full training is provided. This is a face-to-face sales role representing well-known brands in residential and field-based campaigns across Southampton. If you're outgoing, reliable and want to earn based on your performance, this could be the perfect starting point. This is not a traditional, micromanaged sales environment and there are no scripts to memorise. The focus is simple: clear systems, consistent action, and measurable results. What You'll Be Doing You will typically work 3–6 productive hours per day, representing clients in residential and field-based environments across Southampton. A process-driven mindset and ability to use feedback constructively. Full-time equivalent availability – 4/5 days per week (Mon–Sat). Availability to commute and work in and around Southampton. No experience is required. Backgrounds in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Bar Work, Marketing, or Call Centre roles may transfer well; however, mindset and consistency are valued more than experience.
