We’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands what it means to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing client consultations and support the vehicle sales process Provide exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone Oversee administrative tasks related to sales and customer records Coordinate custom vehicle orders and aftersales requests Handle post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism About You: Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service (automotive or luxury retail preferred) Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal Well-organised, with a strong attention to detail Confident, polished, and customer-focused Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Competent with computer systems and standard office tools Why Work with Us?
