This full-time, permanent role holds strategic responsibility for forecasting, planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, and logistics management. Managing approximately 1,000+ containers annually, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure accurate demand planning, robust capacity alignment, and strong product availability across a diverse and fast-moving product portfolio. Working closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and international manufacturing partners – particularly in China – the role will orchestrate the full supply chain ecosystem to support seamless business operations. A key priority will be the reduction of slow-moving stock through granular data analysis, commercial insight, and continuous process improvement. The Supply Chain Manager will act as a trusted operational leader, providing clarity, foresight, and commercially grounded decision-making to senior stakeholders.
