The Role As Nursery Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the nursery, ensuring that children receive the highest standards of care and education. About You We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in a nursery management or senior childcare role., • Holds a relevant childcare qualification, ideally Level 3 or above., • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding., • Is confident leading and developing a team., • Has excellent communication and organisational skills., • Is approachable, supportive and able to build strong relationships with families., • Is passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing., • Can work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards., • Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
