Key Responsibilities: • Act as a key figure in the bespoke process, proactively managing communication between customers, design, archive, and production teams., • Research with our Archivist to find design solutions in the Liberty archive, and redraw or clean archive designs/fragments where required., • Build and maintain customer profiles for regular clients, understanding their brand DNA and exclusivity requirements., • Translate briefs into curated concepts, narratives, and mood boards, aligned to fashion-forward and brand-relevant research., • Design new bespoke prints, colourways, and engineering/placement layouts that meet briefs while exercising design sensibility and self-editing., • Recolour and adapt designs to ensure they meet client needs and Liberty standards., • Develop and deliver two City Collection seasons annually, creating beautiful, high-quality menswear prints across a range of bases., • Draw and paint designs to the highest standard within critical path timelines., • Produce artwork, colourways, repeats, and technical files using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AVA., • Provide clear and coherent design information on cover sheets for factories, liaising with production in Italy and printers during strike-off and sampling., • Create presentations, Fentbooks, and maintain accurate records of bespoke and special designs., • Build and nurture strong relationships with international agents, partners, and customers, attending production meetings and contributing to fabric collaborations. REQUIREMENTS • Min 10+ years experience and/or a Portfolio to match, • Focus on Product/Packaging/POS/Graphic design, • Degree level or an equivalent qualification in design and/or have an outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating experience across a range of creative disciplines, • Self-motivated and organised with meticulous attention to detail, • Vast experience and expert knowledge of working across all platforms (360 project), Product Design, POS and In-Store material, Packaging and Graphic.
