Responsibilities… • Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of high-scale SaaS platforms, • Mentor other engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team, • Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to deliver new features, • Contribute to modernising existing monoliths and leading new greenfield initiatives, • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and observability using metrics and customer data, • Champion agile practices and continuous delivery pipelines, • Hands-on with development as well as setting technical direction Requirements: • Strong commercial experience in software engineering using C# .NET, • Experience working with distributed cloud-native systems, ideally GCP and Kubernetes, • Confident working with SQL and NoSQL databases, • Passion for clean architecture, engineering best practices and mentoring others, • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps Key Skills: C#, GCP, Kubernetes, SQL Server, MongoDB, SaaS, CI/CD
