Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within supported living or complex care., • Proven experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health., • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards., • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to manage multiple sites or services effectively., • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)., • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
