Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the care team, ensuring a high standard of care delivery. • Oversee all operational aspects, including staffing, client care plans, and scheduling. • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations. • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and risk assessments. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement. • Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff. • Handle complaints, safeguarding issues, and incidents effectively. • Ensure that staff and clients are fully supported, with regular supervision and reviews. • Maintain accurate records and ensure the company is audit-ready at all times. Qualifications & Experience: • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. • Proven experience in managing a domiciliary care service or similar. • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
