Recruit, train, and manage care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment. 2. Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. Compliance and Quality Assurance: 1. Ensure services comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. 2. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary. ** Financial Oversight:** 1. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently. 2. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures. Stakeholder Engagement: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external agencies. 2. Represent CareX Group in meetings with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders. **Qualifications and Experience:** 1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector. 2. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care). 3. Strong knowledge of care regulations and standards. 4.
