Elevation Recruitment Groups specialist People & HR division are delighted to work with a growing healthcare business in the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor in Sheffield. Reporting into the Senior Employee Relations Manager this Employee Relations Advisor role is a great opportunity offering: • Competitive Salary £40 - £42k + Car Allowance, • Hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays wfh, • CIPD Support, • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, • Lifestyle Discounts, • Pension Plan Key Responsibilities Incl. But are not limited to: • Lead and manage a varied ER caseload (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working), • Coach and influence managers to ensure fair, consistent and compliant decision-making, • Advise in line with employment law, internal policy and best practice, • Support complex/high-risk cases and employment tribunal preparation, • Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, • Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives, • Support organisational change activities (e.g. restructures, contract changes) Elevation People & HR team are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience: • Proven experience managing ER cases within a busy HR environment, • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, • Confident stakeholder management and coaching skills, • Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations professionally, • Must have a full clean drivers license and willingness to travel, • CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable) If this role excites you, please apply today and a member of our team will make further contact.
