SEND Teacher / SEN Teacher / Special Needs Teacher – Specialist SEND School, West London Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | October 2025 (or ASAP Start) Are you a passionate SEND or SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding new role in West London? NextGen Teachers are working with a highly regarded SEND school seeking a dedicated teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. About the School: • Caters for pupils aged 4–19 with complex needs, including autism, sensory and physical disabilities, • Follows personalised, multi-sensory learning pathways, • Highly structured, therapeutic, and inclusive environment, • Strong focus on communication, independence, and emotional well-being, • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team (therapists, support staff, families) The Role: • Deliver creative, play-based and personalised lessons for pupils with SEND, • Use multi-sensory and therapeutic approaches to support learning and well-being, • Work closely with therapists and support staff to create holistic learning plans, • Foster a nurturing, structured classroom where every pupil’s progress is celebrated What We’re Looking For: • Ideally, you'll be a qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEND, SEN, or Special Needs settings, • Confident delivering tailored lessons for pupils with autism and complex needs, • Passionate about inclusive education and making a difference, • Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits: • 13 weeks paid holiday per year, • 6.5-hour working days, • Higher than average salaries, • Ongoing professional development, • Supportive, welcoming team We welcome applications from: • Experienced SEND Teachers, SEN Teachers, Special Needs Teachers, and Autism Teachers, • Teachers passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs Ready to make a real impact?
