We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first. Salary: £13 per hour | £60 per sleep Hours: 165–173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings) Shift Pattern We are very flexible and open to: • Single shifts, • Double or triple shifts About the Role • Support one child with emotional and behavioural difficulties, • Create a safe, nurturing, home-from-home environment, • Build positive relationships and provide consistent care, • Promote routines, boundaries, education and emotional development, • Experience in residential childcare is essential, • Qualification is desirable but not essential, • Caring, passionate, and reliable with strong personal values, • Someone with personality who genuinely wants to make a difference Interview Process Interviews will be face to face to ensure the right fit for the child, the team and the home.
