Electrician – West / North West LondonUK-Leading Facilities & Infrastructure Services Provider!PAYE | £44,000 + Company Van | 40 hours per week | Paid 30 mins each way | £10k+ Overtime Available!Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card, 26 Days Holiday (+BH), Generous Pension, Training & Development PathwaysThe OpportunityWe’re supporting a national leader in facilities, infrastructure, and building services as they expand their Electrical Maintenance team across North West London.This is a stable, long-term role with excellent earning potential — current Electricians are consistently achieving £55,000–£60,000 per year, supported by regular overtime and paid travel time (30 minutes to and from each job).You’ll be working on a wide range of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, and remedial works.Full support, training, and development are provided, making this an ideal opportunity for an Electrician who wants long-term security, progression, and a strong annual income.The RoleAs an Electrician, you will: • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and industrial sites, • Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with regulations, • Diagnose and repair electrical faults on a variety of building services equipment, • Undertake remedial works following EICRs, • Support minor installation and upgrade projects when required, • Work independently, managing your own workload and customer visits, • Deliver a professional, safety-focused service at all times, • Benefit from paid travel time — 30 minutes each wayExperience Required for ElectricianYou must have experience in an electrical maintenance, service, or installation role, ideally involving:, • Commercial or industrial electrical systems, • Planned and reactive maintenance, • Testing, inspection, and certification, • Fault-finding on building services equipment, • Remedial and upgrade worksElectrician Skills & Competencies, • Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability, • Confident working on commercial/industrial systems and equipment, • Ability to complete testing, inspection, and certification, • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites, • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach, • Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentationESSENTIAL Requirements, • 2391 Testing & Inspection or EAL/LCL equivalent, • 18th Edition (17th edition would be considered), • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation, • Full UK Driving Licence, • Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available), • Strong written and verbal EnglishIf you are interested in the Electrician role or have any questions, please apply with your latest CV and I will give you a call to discuss the next step of your application.
