As our Corporate Key Accounts Division continues to grow, we’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and help drive further success. About the Role You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with large corporate energy users, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s sustainability and commercial goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional with a strong network in the energy or sustainability sector, looking to join a dynamic, results-driven team. Responsibilities • A proven business development track record in energy or sustainability, ideally working with corporate-sized businesses, • A strong understanding of ESG, market dynamics, and the wider energy landscape, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • A revenue-focused mindset and a genuine passion for driving results, • Experience with fixed and flex frameworks (essential), • The ability to build a strong pipeline of corporate customers Preferred Skills Experience with fixed and flex frameworks Pay range and compensation package • Commissions up to 30%, • Industry leading salary range, negotiable for the right candidate, • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, • Early Friday finishes, • Generous breaks: 15 mins morning & afternoon + 45 mins for lunch, • 23 days holiday + bank holidays + fully paid extra time off in December (Last year, the teams finished 5th December and didn’t return until 5th January - and no, we don’t ask you to “keep back” annual leave!), • Sell annual leave options, • Free private healthcare, • Up to £40/month broadband allowance (no catch - just submit your bill), • Themed incentives, team nights out, summer & Christmas parties, • Exciting rewards such as Wembley trips, Cup Finals, hospitality suites, Vegas holidays, and more, • Generous referral scheme, • Salary increase incentives, • A phenomenal office culture – themed days, fun incentives, and a genuinely supportive environment Sound like you?
