    We’re looking for a skilled and reliable breakfast chef, at Hyatt Centric Cambridge, who stay calm under pressure, work in a structured way, and have a strong eye for quality. You will take pride in preparing great breakfast and brunch, supporting a smooth service, and creating dishes that guests remember. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be an important part of the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering the Locke dining experience every day. You’ll bring consistency, energy, and craftsmanship to the kitchen, helping create the kind of meals guests want to come back for. Duties as a Breakfast Chef: Manages a breakfast kitchen operations, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standard. Oversees daily stock control, and coordinates with other sections for smooth kitchen operations. Maintains cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while following the brand’s recipes and standards. Kitchen Organisation Keep the kitchen clean, always organised and running smoothly. Team Collaboration Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations. Food Safety & Hygiene Follow all food safety and hygiene standards consistently. Menu Development Support the creation of new menu items and contribute to daily specials. Kitchen Organisation Keep the kitchen clean, always organised and running smoothly.
