Key Responsibilities\n\nWe are looking for a experienced Project Manager or a Site Manager looking to take the nest step in their career. If successful you will be joining a national contractor that specialise in the Property Services sector. This role be heading up a new retfrofit scheme as a part of the wave 3 warm homes initiative. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage projects from inception through to completion, promoting a strong health and safety culture across the delivery team.\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate high-volume project programmes to maximise efficiency and performance.\nUtilise digital systems and platforms to monitor progress, manage data, and ensure transparency.\nLead the delivery of Warm Homes Wave 3 retrofit projects across social housing portfolios, ensuring compliance with programme targets, funding criteria, and PAS standards.\nOversee the full retrofit lifecycle, including pre-start planning, contractor management, scheduling, delivery monitoring, and project close-out.\nCoordinate with clients, retrofit coordinators, assessors, contractors, and residents to ensure smooth project delivery.\nEnsure all retrofit measures (e.g., insulation, heating systems, ventilation improvements) meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.\nMaintain accurate and auditable project documentation aligned with funding and regulatory requirements.\nManage document control processes, including technical reports, certifications, surveys, and compliance records.\nHandle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced delivery environment with strong attention to detail.\nOrganise and lead meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.\nEnforce on-site safety through risk assessments and proactive risk management.\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\n\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and legal compliance\nExcellent organisational and project programming skills\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability\nEffective time management and leadership skills\nClear written and verbal communication\nFinancial and commercial awareness\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills\nSMSTS certification\nFirst Aid at Work certification\nValid CSCS Card\n\nDesirable\n\nExperience delivering high-volume projects\nKnowledge of funding mechanisms within retrofit or housing programmes\n\nEmployee Benefits \n\nFree access to private gym facilities\nCompetitive salary \nPension contribution scheme\nLife assurance\nPrivate healthcare\nPerformance-related bonus scheme
