Take ownership of health, safety and environment standards, investigating incidents, updating systems, completing risk assessments, and driving safer ways of working. Use lean tools to improve processes, support preventative maintenance activities, manage time‑and‑attendance, and build good relationships with union reps.Requirements Manufacturing background - the role is better suited to someone coming from an engineering industry. Experience dealing with unions would be beneficial. Experienced with people management and overseeing teams of 30.
