The Role: We’re looking for a Wellness Designer / Project Coordinator — someone who can take ownership of sauna and wellness design while also coordinating projects through to delivery. This is a hybrid role: design first, project coordination second. You’ll work closely with the founders, architects, suppliers and site teams to make sure projects run smoothly from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Designing sauna, steam room, gyms and wellness layouts (technical + aesthetic), • Preparing drawings and information for construction, • Running client design calls and managing revisions, • Liaising with architects, interior designers and consultants, • Coordinating suppliers, orders and lead times, • Supporting live projects with light project management, • Attending site visits when required, • Acting as a key point of contact between design, site and office What We’re Looking For: • Background in sauna design, wellness design, interior architecture, or technical design, • Strong understanding of how things get built, not just drawn, • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects at once, • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, • Confident communicating with clients and professionals, • London-based or within easy reach
