Do you enjoy speaking with people and helping them find the right solutions? Our client is looking for a motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their busy and friendly team in Wimbledon. You'll be supporting customers over the phone and email, handling enquiries, processing orders, and offering knowledgeable advice, with full support from in‑house product specialists. This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently Process customer orders accurately and ensure excellent after‑sales support Provide tailored product advice and solutions (training and support provided) Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing customers Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards What's On Offer A friendly, supportive, and collaborative team atmosphere Comprehensive training to build your product and industry knowledge Clear opportunities for progression within a respected and growing company The chance to develop specialist skills in a thriving and technical sector About You We are looking for someone who is: Confident, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service A strong communicator with a clear and engaging telephone manner Self‑motivated, proactive, and competitive in achieving goals Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Interested in interior design or property refurbishment Beneficial: Background or knowledge in ironmongery, hardware, fixtures and fittings, tools, metal fittings, or similar technical product areas Fluent in spoken English Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Wimbledon Experience & Skills Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telesales is highly desirable A proven track record in sales is a strong advantage A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
