    About the Role We are looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef / Assistant Chef to join our private dining kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, high-quality kitchen environment focused on delivering exceptional food and personalised dining experiences. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard for private dining events and exclusive bookings.
