Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Maintenance and Facilities Management, you will lead the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance services across a diverse corporate property portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining operational buildings, managing a team of maintenance professionals, overseeing contracts worth up to £3 million, and ensuring property assets remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
