Scrum Master 6 Month Fixed Term Contract £49,000 - £61,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits Hythe, Kent (5 Days Onsite) I’m supporting a client within the digital consumer space who are looking to bring in a Scrum Master on an initial 6 month FTC. This is a role for someone who enjoys enabling teams, improving delivery rhythm and creating healthier ways of working across Product & Engineering environments. They’re looking for somebody practical, collaborative and outcome-driven. Someone who can support teams without turning Agile into a box-ticking exercise.
