Scope The Electronic Engineer develops integrated hardware solutions, both utilising COTS components and designing bespoke systems, through design, development, verification, and validation. In this role you will produce electrical interconnect designs, cable schedules, ICDs, wiring schedules, LV distributions, earth & bonding strategies, assess the impact of EMI / EMC, RoHS, REACH and LV Directive on the electrical designs, etc. Responsibilities • Satisfy the HW requirement set through design, development, and test activities., • Implement the hardware architecture in physical and electrical form, fit and function., • Support Manufacturing and Procurement during the build phase, i.e. respond to Problem Reports and implement Engineering Change Requests., • Define the Design Proving / Hardware Test Specifications and use these during qualification., • Define the EMC and Environmental Test Specifications and use these during qualification., • Design and develop any special test equipment to facilitate the above. Skills • General Electronic and Electrical Engineering (degree level)., • COTS AC and DC LV power supplies., • Designing with PCI, RS485/232, Hotlink and Ethernet interfaces., • Designing cables and harness assemblies, utilising military style connectors and backshells, such as MIL-DTL-38999., • An understanding of cable screening methods and military style cable construction methodologies., • Designing to meet EMC and environmental standards / requirements. Experience • Strong relevant experience of the Skills listed above or associated experience that can be applied to electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical design in a regulated industry., • Design and specification of COTS and bespoke sub-assemblies and equipment suitable for 19” racks / cabinets., • Interconnection Design (i.e. wiring harnesses, copper or fibre optical network interconnections, connector types, power distribution and data comms, spatial constraints, environmental considerations)., • Full engineering lifecycle experience (Capture, Design, Implementation, Test)., • Working with requirements in a structured and evidential manner., • Production of Design / Test Specifications and Test Reports.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of the organisation’s CRM platform and connected SAAS systems., • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, acting as the key point of contact for CRM performance, enhancements, process improvements, governance, and integration projects., • Translate business requirements into system specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation., • Develop and manage workflows, sequences, and automation processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure effective lead nurturing and follow-ups., • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, high-level and detailed designs, configuration, and user guides, • Plan and manage system integrations, connecting or CRM (HubSpot) with key business tools and platforms., • Analyse current business processes and identify areas for optimisation through configuration or automation., • Ensures all changes follow the change management process and have been communicated to stakeholders., • Support change adoption, ensuring colleagues understand and embrace new systems and ways of working., • Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities., • Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution., • Ensure GDPR and data governance standards are upheld at all times., • Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates and best practices. The Candidate: • Minimum of three years CRM experience in a development and/or systems administration role., • Proven success in CRM implementation and configuration projects., • Solid understanding of CRM architecture and database structures., • Experience using APIs or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom integrations) would be beneficial but is not essential., • Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects.., • Experience working within Agile and DevOps teams. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements., • Familiarity with modern telecom/ISP BSS/OSS standards and systems, • Strategic thinker coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
