We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join us and play a key-part of the Kitchen team. This position is a permanent and full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours a week. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. On-site staff accommodation is available for a subsidised rate in a purpose build staff accommodation building. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for producing high quality desserts, breads, petit fours and all other manner of pastries for the restaurant and hotel. This is a great opportunity to lead the pastry section of the Kitchen team and further your all-round culinary knowledge.
