Purpose: To provide a resource to Field Operations with oversight of the MNX Service Partners ensuring optimum operational, compliance and fiscal results. • Service Partner refers to an airline, ground vendor or wholesaler who supplies services to MNX. Essential Job Responsibilities: • Onboarding of new Service Partners and facilitating negotiation of rates including routine rate reviews., • Review and update Ground agent QC Codes on a daily basis for accuracy and make necessary corrections with supervisor approval, • Ensure Service Partners in assigned region are aware of MNX service standards and comply with providing feedback when standards are not met., • Review and work with Operations and Profit Assurance on Vendor ELID issues., • Create strong relationships with our service partners via consistent communication., • Assist Regional Directors with preparing monthly vendor reports and distribute to ground agents ., • Work with the FOPS team, Vendor Management, and Accounting to resolve Ground Vendor payable issues., • Participate in service reviews to verify that performance is of acceptable quality and that MNX’s expectations are being met.
