About the role: We are seeking a detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join our UK Supply Chain and Logistics team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity for our UK-bottled products, supporting the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to customer. Working closely with third-party warehousing partners and internal stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of stock reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring our systems, processes, and physical stock remain aligned. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting operational efficiency, waste reduction, and strong audit outcomes across the supply chain. Reporting to the Packaging and Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be a trusted operational partner, providing hands-on support in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting weekly and monthly stock reconciliations for finished goods, • Investigating stock variances and escalating issues within agreed timeframes, • Maintaining accurate inventory records in JDE and ensuring alignment with warehouse holdings, • Supporting physical stocktakes and contributing to clean audit outcomes, • Assisting with customer order processing, invoicing, and returns administration, • Maintaining accurate BBD, FIFO, and stock reporting, with exceptions flagged, • Tracking unsellable and returned stock and supporting waste reduction initiatives, • Communicating effectively with Finance, internal stakeholders, and third-party warehouse partners, • Contributing to supply chain process improvement initiatives, • Providing support to the broader supply chain team during peak periods or operational challengesProactive support provided to the broader supply chain team during peak periods or operational challenges, • Positive working relationships maintained with third party warehouse and logistics partners What you’ll bring: • Strong attention to detail and data integrity, with experience maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling stock across systems and physical holdings, and investigating variances., • Strong systems aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use ERP and inventory management systems (JDE experience advantageous but not essential)., • Solid Excel capability, with confidence using spreadsheets to reconcile data, track inventory, and support accurate reporting., • A process-driven and compliance-focused mindset, with the ability to follow and contribute to end-to-end supply chain processes while maintaining accurate records., • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, comfortable managing recurring weekly and monthly tasks alongside ad hoc requests in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment., • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration., • Relevant supply chain exposure, with experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or liquor supply chains advantageous but not essential.
