We are looking for a talented and versatile individual to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity and our customer booking experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production—from filming to editing—while also managing our social media presence and handling venue bookings. Your ultimate goal is to raise brand awareness, generate direct revenue through content, and convert viewers into booked customers. You will be supported by the General Manager who has a strong background in this role but simply not enough time to do it themselves as such this position is a good opportunity for those more junior or less experienced. This will be a part-time position at start but can transition into a full time role depending on results Key Responsibilities • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content that showcases all aspects of our business and venue., • Revenue Generation: Develop creative strategies to drive bookings and identify opportunities to generate revenue directly through content channels., • Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles, ensuring consistent posting, community engagement, and brand growth., • Booking Management: Oversee the booking process, handle customer inquiries, and manage the venue calendar to ensure maximum occupancy., • Brand Awareness: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our venue is presented professionally across all digital platforms. Requirements • Proven experience in professional camera work (videography and photography)., • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)., • Experience in social media strategy and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)., • Strong administrative skills with experience in booking management or customer service., • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
