Finance Analyst Role Summary We’re looking for a motivated Finance professional to join our Site Finance Team. The successful candidate will report into the Manufacturing Finance Lead, supporting the Heads of Manufacturing, Operations Managers and Process Improvement Leads to drive operational efficiency, support delivery of site KPIs, whilst ensuring we meet financial targets and compliance commitments. Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage and develop the Commercial Management Accountant and Project Accountants. Ensure alignment of their work with FP&A deliverables and overall finance strategy. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across the finance team. Skills & Experience required: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA or Qualified by Experience. Significant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management accounting. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers in the energy, infrastructure or transferable/similar relatedsector. Proficiency with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel/financial modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Commercial acumen with ability to balance short-term performance and long-term strategy. Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
