About you We are seeking a candidate with strong, demonstrable experience of transactional processes within a Finance Department, supported by an AAT qualification, part-qualified CCAB status, or equivalent experience. You will bring proven experience in managing reconciliations, overseeing end-to-end processes, and ensuring all activity is monitored, recorded and checked in line with audit requirements. The successful applicant will be a confident and capable user of intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on experience of using financial systems such as Sage, Civica or similar accounting packages. A sound understanding of accounting principles and budget management is essential, particularly in relation to financial coding and user structures across the Group. You will have excellent accuracy and numeracy skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and demonstrable experience of managing a small team to deliver a varied workload to tight and precise deadlines.
