Pensions & Benefits Consultant \n Location: London or Epsom (Hybrid) \n \n Join a well-established global organisation and take your career in pensions and benefits to the next level. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise while gaining exposure to a broad range of UK and European benefits programmes within a complex and dynamic business environment. \n \n Working closely with the UK & Europe Benefits and Pensions Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery, governance and administration of pensions and benefits across the region. You will collaborate with colleagues across Total Rewards, external providers and key stakeholders to help deliver an outstanding employee experience while contributing to strategic benefits initiatives. \n \n The Role \n Key responsibilities include: \n\n • Supporting the delivery and governance of UK and Ireland Defined Contribution pension arrangements, including provider management, compliance monitoring and pension administration activities.\n, • Acting as the primary contact for pension-related activity across the benefits platform, managing provider relationships, coordinating regular service review meetings and supporting annual renewal processes.\n, • Managing day-to-day pension operations, working alongside pension administrators, brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolution of escalated member queries.\n, • Preparing and maintaining governance documentation, operational reports and tracking tools relating to pensions and wider benefits programmes.\n, • Providing operational support across health, protection, wellbeing and other employee benefits initiatives throughout the UK and Europe.\n, • Supporting financial wellbeing programmes through the coordination of educational events, communications and provider-led sessions.\n, • Assisting with the administration of life assurance arrangements, death-in-service claims and annual benefit-related processes.\n, • Contributing to pensions, benefits and financial wellbeing communications and employee engagement activities.\n\n \n About You \n We are looking for someone who has: \n\n • A solid understanding of Defined Contribution pensions, including auto-enrolment legislation, retirement options and pension governance frameworks.\n, • Experience within pensions, employee benefits, HR or a related discipline, with a genuine interest in developing their expertise further.\n, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to explain complex information clearly and support employee queries.\n, • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n, • Experience of benefits platforms or similar systems would be advantageous, although this is not essential.\n\n \n What's on Offer \n In return, you'll benefit from: \n\n • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\n, • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.\n, • A broad range of health, wellbeing and financial benefits.\n, • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.\n, • Exposure to regional benefits and pensions programmes, offering excellent career development potential.\n, • The opportunity to work within a collaborative, supportive and globally connected organisation.\n\n \n Additional Information \n This position may be subject to pre-employment screening and security clearance requirements, depending on business needs. \n \n The organisation is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
