About the Job At Langosteria, the kitchen is a place where leadership, precision, and creativity shape an exceptional culinary experience. Were looking for a Sous Chef who combines strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and team leadership to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role is ideal for a professional who leads by example, motivates the team, and ensures that every dish reflects the excellence of our cuisine. Support the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and consistency during preparation and service Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards for quality, presentation, and timing Monitor mise en place, workflows, and organization of all kitchen sections Train, guide, and support junior team members to foster growth and maintain high standards Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and contribute to inventory management About You Minimum three to five years of experience in professional kitchens, with previous experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in high-end venues Strong culinary techniques and solid understanding of kitchen management and operations Leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment We offer International and dynamic environment Continuous training Competitive salary package Real professional growth opportunities Next Steps Once we have received your CV, we will take the time to review it carefully.
