As we continue to grow, we are looking for two highly organised, proactive and dependable Part-Time Personal Assistants to support the day-to-day running and development of our organisations. This is a hands-on role for individuals who can take ownership, anticipate what needs to be done, make sensible decisions, solve problems and confidently move things forward rather than waiting to be given instructions. As the role involves regular interaction with schools, parents, staff and external partners, candidates must also be presentable, professional and confident in representing our organisations. Key Responsibilities • Support the day-to-day administration and operations of Sure Success Learning and Active Minds., • Manage emails, enquiries, bookings and general administration., • Communicate professionally with parents, schools, staff, tutors and external partners., • Maintain accurate records, registers, spreadsheets and internal systems., • Coordinate staff, schedules, meetings and operational requirements., • Follow up outstanding actions without needing to be reminded., • Help organise tuition, after-school clubs, holiday programmes and other provision., • Prepare documents, correspondence, invoices and other business materials., • Identify problems early and take initiative to find practical solutions., • Support new school partnerships, programmes and business growth opportunities., • Represent the organisations professionally during meetings, school visits and interactions with parents and partners., • Keep management informed of important matters while independently handling routine issues., • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Experience within education, tuition, childcare, schools, administration or business operations would be beneficial. However, attitude, initiative, professionalism, reliability and the ability to take ownership are particularly important to us. What Success Looks Like We want PAs who can be given a task, responsibility or problem and be trusted to understand what needs to happen, organise the necessary people or information, make appropriate decisions and see it through to completion. These are part-time positions, but we are looking for individuals who want to become an important part of the organisations and grow alongside Sure Success Learning and Active Minds as we continue to expand.
