About the Internship We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our UK HR team at Chalfont Park House for a 12 week paid internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while shadowing the HR Manager to understand strategic HR activities. As an HR Intern, you will work 40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. You will be involved in one key project and shadow the HR Manager, gaining valuable experience and insights into HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world HR challenges and develop your skills in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities During this internship, you will be involved in the following: PROJECT: Document gathering and filling for HR (80%) • Collect and organise HR documents related to employment files and other HR-related activities., • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, and uphold our commitment to ethical data management., • Assist in identifying gaps in current HR processes and documentation.
