Position: General Manager Employer: Prestigious Fine Dining Indian R estaurant Location: London Gross salary package: Circa £100,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus) ** Weekly working hours/days: up to48 hours / 5 days (tbc) Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension,employee care and wellbeing support + more Responsible for the overall management and performance of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and profitable daily operations across both front and back of house. I oversee all departments to maintain exceptional service, food quality, and operational standards, while driving guest satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and issues. My role includes managing staffing, training, compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations, and overseeing budgeting, cost control, and profitability. I work closely with Directors, the Head Chef, and managers to implement business strategies, coordinate reservations and events, and maintain strong supplier relationships. I also ensure accurate cash handling, financial reporting, and seamless communication between kitchen and front of house teams.
