Manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor costs, and optimize operational efficiency to maximize profitability. Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Extensive culinary knowledge and proficiency in various cuisines and cooking techniques. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and experimentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
