    Property Lawyer – Watford, Hertfordshire Location: Watford Salary: £35k - £50k–based on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (9:30am – 5:30pm) About the Role Our client is looking for a talented Property Lawyer (minimum 1 year PQE) to join our growing team in Watford. You’ll handle a varied caseload of property transactions and disputes, with a particular focus on Rights of Light and easement issues. The role offers excellent exposure to both commercial and residential property work, and the chance to gain valuable experience in property litigation. Key Responsibilities • Managing a varied caseload of property matters, • Reviewing leases, transfers, and title documents, • Advising clients on property disputes and Rights of Light issues, • Drafting and reviewing Deeds of Release, NDAs, Standstill Agreements and other complex documents, • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance Out client is dedicated to providing efficient, tailored legal solutions for clients across the UK.
