Your Role As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity and respect. You’ll play an important role in improving their quality of life by offering day-to-day support, emotional encouragement, and meaningful engagement. We offer a range of support roles across the North East, including: • Supported Living, • Residential Services, • Drug and Alcohol Services, • Mental Health Services, • Respite Care, • Day Services, • Complex care packages/bespoke care This variety allows you the flexibility to work in environments that best suit your experience and interests. Key Responsibilities • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household duties., • Administer medication safely and accurately., • Promote a safe and nurturing environment., • Maintain and update care plans, reports, and medication records., • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals., • Respect the privacy, dignity, and individuality of each person., • Communicate effectively with managers and wider care teams. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for Support Workers who are: • Compassionate, calm, and patient., • Adaptable to different working environments., • Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care., • Able to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong communicators with a proactive attitude., • Willing to travel within the local area., • Drivers are preferred but not essential.
