Though non-verbal, his personality beams through every smile, every tear, and every shared moment. He lives independently in his own home and is supported by a close-knit, loving family who are actively involved in his care journey. Hes a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support. Communication is beautifully uniquehe understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears. Hours: We are happy to consider applicants who can cover both day and night shifts , as well as applicants who are looking for day shifts only or night shifts only . Day shifts - 8am - 9pm - 2 to 3 shifts a week. Night shifts - 9pm-8am - Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday's. In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
