Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships. This demand is an opportunity for us. This role is how we turn that demand into the client relationships that will carry us forward. The Work Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance driven value. Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner. The Customer Success Representative role is our front door. You will be the first commercial conversation a future client has with us, and the connective tissue between our marketing, partnerships and consulting teams. The Role In this role, you will: • Originate new client relationships through outbound prospecting and partnership channels, • Own the customer relationship end to end, from first conversation to handover, • Build and grow a pipeline of self originated leads, • Nurture and develop relationships with prospects, partners and existing clients In practice, that means filling the top of our sales pipeline and helping turn that pipeline into qualified meetings. You will originate leads through outbound prospecting. Building target account lists, researching the people who matter inside them, crafting outreach that gets read, and running the cadences that convert cold contacts into conversations. This is the heart of the role. You will activate our partnership channels. Lex Dinamica works with technology partners including OneTrust, alongside referral relationships across the privacy ecosystem. You will help turn those partnerships into leads, supporting joint campaigns, tracking referrals, and making sure no warm introduction goes cold. You will support marketing campaigns end to end. Webinars, thought leadership pushes, IAPP events, sector specific outreach. You will help shape who we target, follow up on engagement, and convert campaign attention into pipeline. You will qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings. When a prospect raises a hand through the website, a referral, or a campaign, you will be the first call. You will qualify their fit, understand their need, and pass well briefed meetings to the consulting team. You will keep our sales tooling clean and useful. Apollo.io, the CRM, sequences, lists, and reporting. Good data is what lets us scale this function, and you will own the quality of it and the process. Who We're Looking For Must haves • One to two years of experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, professional services firm, or comparable environment. You have made outbound calls, sent outbound emails, and have stories about what worked and what did not., • A genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and the wider compliance technology space. You do not need to be a privacy expert. You do need to be the kind of person who finds it interesting and is willing to learn quickly., • Strong written communication. The first impression most prospects have of Lex Dinamica is an email you wrote. It needs to land., • Resilience and self direction. Outbound is a numbers game on top of a craft. You need both the patience to do the work and the curiosity to keep getting better at it., • A right to work in the UK. Nice to haves • Hands on experience with Apollo.io. You have built sequences, run cadences, segmented lists, and used the data to make decisions., • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs., • Exposure to a partnership or channel sales environment, where the sales motion runs through alliances rather than direct prospecting alone., • Familiarity with the privacy or compliance SaaS space, even if only as someone who has followed it from the outside., • Event experience, whether helping run a stand, organising attendee follow up, or working a conference floor., • A relevant degree or recognised qualification, though we care more about what you have done than what you have studied.
