Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 , including Office, Exchange, and SharePoint. Experience with Sage applications and VPN solutions for remote users. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a busy environment. A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
