Head of Partnerships & Development Location: London (West London) Salary: £41,000 to £47,000 FTE dependent on experience Contract: Permanent, full time, onsite Not For Profit People are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and ambitious not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals to start, grow and scale successful businesses. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a fundraising and partnerships function from the ground up. As Head of Partnerships and Development, you will play a pivotal role in securing long term sustainability and expanding the organisation’s impact. You will lead on developing and delivering a multi-year fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on securing high value corporate partnerships, engaging high net worth individuals, and developing a pipeline of trust and foundation funding. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Board, you will be both strategic and hands on, driving income growth while building meaningful, long-term relationships with partners and supporters. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising and partnerships strategy, • Secure six figure corporate partnerships and cultivate major donors, • Build and manage relationships with trusts, foundations and key stakeholders, • Create compelling proposals and communications that clearly articulate impact, • Monitor performance, income pipelines and report against targets, • Ensure compliance with fundraising best practice and relevant regulations, • Support development of commercial income streams, including memberships and sponsorship, • Identify new opportunities and take ownership from concept through to delivery About You You will be a proactive, relationship driven fundraiser with a strong track record of securing high value partnerships. You are confident operating at senior levels and comfortable building networks across corporate, philanthropic and public sector environments. You will bring • Proven experience securing and managing high value corporate partnerships, • Strong networks across corporate and or philanthropic sectors, • Experience working with high net worth individuals and major donors, • A track record in trust and foundation fundraising, • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills, • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment A passion for social impact and a genuine commitment to supporting entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth are essential.
