About the Role We’re a growing business delivering high-quality glass and glazing solutions, with ambitious expansion plans. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Commercial Estimator to help develop our commercial installation offering. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact. You’ll take full ownership of the enquiry-to-order process, combining technical estimating with a strong commercial focus. Key Responsibilities • Understand client requirements and define project scope, • Manage the full enquiry-to-order process:, • Site surveys (where required), • Drawing take-offs, • Supplier engagement, • Costing and quotations, • Follow-ups and deal tracking, • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, • Support the sales process, including client calls, • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, • Assist with pre-contract project stages, • Occasional site visits KPIs • Number/value of quotes per week, • Quote turnaround time Requirements • Experience in estimating or a senior commercial role (glazing/façade preferred), • Strong communication and negotiation skills, • Commercially driven and hands-on, • CRM experience and confident with Outlook, Word, Excel, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desirable • Knowledge of glass/glazing systems, • Business development awareness, • Industry contacts What We Offer • £45,000 salary + generous bonus, • Opportunity to shape a growing function, • Supportive team environment, • Fully expensed laptop Bonus Scheme Triggered above £33k monthly GP: • £33k–£50k: 7.5%, • £50k–£100k: 5%, • £100k+: 1.5% Example: £80k GP = £5,250 bonus To find out more, click Apply or contact Dana at Chase Taylor Recruitment, quoting reference MM6540
