Main Purpose We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to work at our Doncaster site for a 12 month fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave. A hybrid/ blended working pattern is available. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform optimising the customer experience and maximizing revenue through various digital channels. Covering Website and Platform Management Product Management Customer Experience Management Analytics and Performance Monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals, • Develop and deliver detailed project plans including timelines deliverables and resource allocation for the deployment and maintenance of the e-commerce solution, • Improve e-commerce offerings design and functionality through analytics, • Monitor e-commerce traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to updates new product introductions and other changes.
