First Line Support Analyst | £27K-£30K DOE | Hybrid (3-5 Days in Office) | Career Growth German speaking skills desirable but not essential We’re on the lookout for a First Line Support Analyst to bolster a small, hardworking IT support team in a large well known retail business. This is a brand-new role, created to strengthen the department and improve service delivery. Fast Progression – Hands-on training, real-world experience, and a clear path into Second Line Support Internal IT Support – Supporting a large branch network across the UK, with some international involvement Broad Technical Exposure – Work with Windows, iPhones, Active Directory, MDM, Azure AD, Exchange, and hybrid domains Be the Face of IT – First point of contact for users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Providing first-line technical support to internal users across the business ✅ Diagnosing & troubleshooting IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system (handling 10-40 tickets a day) ✅ Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange, including new user setups ✅ Supporting Windows and iPhone users, plus mobile device management (MDM) ✅ Assisting with Meraki networking, hybrid domain management, and on-prem/cloud environments ✅ Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects and learning as you go What We’re Looking For: IT Support Experience – Ideally 1st Line, but 2nd Line knowledge is a bonus Customer Service Focus – If you’re great with people, we’ll help you with the tech! Tech Enthusiast – Logical problem solver, loves troubleshooting, and enjoys learning Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Meraki is a big plus Google it & Figure it Out Mentality – We don’t throw people in at the deep end… but sometimes it happens!
